This year’s CODAaward winners prove that the most memorable public spaces are created by artists and commissioners envisioning what might be. CODAworx has revealed the winners of the 2026 CODAawards, now in its 14th year, honoring outstanding projects that integrate commissioned art into interior, architectural, and public spaces.

Criteria
Entries are reviewed by a jury of thought leaders in the design, architecture, and art worlds. The jurors are asked to judge each entry on the following criteria:
- The integration of the public artwork into the project space or environment, and the impact it has on viewers
- The collaboration process between artist/team, designers, architects, art consultants, public art agencies, and all industry professionals involved in the project
- The excellence of the artwork within its artistic practice – recognizing outstanding creative vision and mastery of form and technique
